• Phone Number: Captured via caller ID when you call our registration line
• Name: Provided by you during voice registration
• Interaction Data: Message delivery confirmations, opt-out requests

Information is collected when you:

• Visit our landing pages at duelinfiremen.net/axtioncaptain/5432125/LA/ or duelinfiremen.net/axtioncaptain/5432125/CHI/
• Call the phone number displayed and provide your name
• Interact with SMS messages we send

We use your information solely for:

• Sending event-related SMS communications (up to 8 messages, Feb-May 2026)
• Confirming your registration and participation status
• Processing opt-out requests
• Providing customer support when you reply HELP

We only share data with:

• Twilio: Our SMS service provider, required for message delivery
• Event venues: Only attendance information necessary for event access

We do not share opt-in consent with any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide event communications. After the DUELIN' FIREMEN! experience concludes (May 2026), we will delete your personal data within 90 days.
